Walters was a successful Hall of Fame football coach who turned to handicapping horses and teaching others how to handicap horses. He has held classes and seminars in Kentucky and Las Vegas, all focusing of cashing more tickets and getting good action for your wagers. He finished 4th in a national handicapping event held at the Orleans in Las Vegas, competing agains hundreds of other players. In this book, he explains the secrets to successful exotic wagering--from figuring the potential payoffs to deciding when it's best to box or wheel or whatever other combination you might want to consider. His formulas include exactas, trifectas, Pick 3, Pick 6, daily doubles, superfectas. Each formula is explained in detail and along the way, Walters imparts some handicapping information. A student of Sartin, Brohamer, Ainslie, Cramer and others, he is also an advocate of computer aides for handicapping, but in this book his main concern is for the player who wants to get into action for as little as possible and reap some tidy rewards.
