Tony Dalben and Steven Einbinder were playing blackjack at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas in 1983 and were able to see the dealer's hole card when he checked for aces and tens. Dalben signaled the information to Einbinder. The casino called Gaming Control whose agents arrested the pair and charged them with various felonies. After losing, the prosecutors took the case to the NV Supreme Court where it was decided the pair had not cheated. Here Dalben explains what happened and how the case affected his life for the five years it took to get through the judicial system.
